Italic, or cursive, is a typeface that was created to imitate handwriting. the italic definition is a tribute to aldo manuzio, the man who in 1500 democratized culture by inventing the printed book. the italic armchair is born from these premises: a masterly demonstration of craftmanship of driade artisans and a tribute to the Italian genius. as a carrier of assembled elements, halfway between an armchair and a small architecture, which indicates the direction of driade for the coming years.
